Strong organizations start with strong governance. This half-day bootcamp is designed to help My Eden Voice boardmembers and grassroots leaders build the confidence, skills, and tools needed to lead effectively, make sound decisions, and support their organizations' long-term sustainability.

Head

• Participants will understand the fundamentals of nonprofit governance, including board roles and responsibilities, legal duties, effective decision-making practices, delegation, committee structures, and organizational accountability.
• Participants will develop an understanding of a theory of change and its role in driving program evaluation.

Heart

• Participants will build confidence in their leadership roles and strengthen trust across organizations.

Hand

• Participants will leave with practical governance tools, including a Board roles and responsibilities framework, decision-making and delegation tools, a simple Theory of Change template, a program evaluation framework, meeting practices, and an overview of Robert's Rules.
• Participants will identify concrete next steps for strengthening governance within their own organizations.
